The fact that the Pakistani cricket team hasn't won a test match in the last 4 years is not that shocking. In the Pakistan cricket team there always have been favorites instead of people who cannot perform. For example, Misbah Ul Haq. His performance in the game has failed to impress anyone for the last 2 years and yet he was included in the test team against Australia. Same goes for Kamran akmal; the wicketkeeper who drops more catches than the fielders. Although some fresh blood has been introduced to the team over the past year who made quite an impact [Mohammad Aamir, and Umar Akmal,] but it's the senior players that always seem to find a way to mess up. Make it Salman Butt, Muhammad Yousaf, Kamran Akmal, or even Faisal Iqbal. We need more people like Umar Gul, who do what they have to do on the field and not come to the press room with a big mouth. Also Muhammad Yousaf should stop trying to put the blame on other people and bring the team together in terms of performance. That way he'll be atleast half the captain Younus was. It's very unfortunate to say that the failure of the Pakistani cricket team is caused by no one but themselves.
After being on the silent side of batting [getting out early without making alot of runs like he used to] Shahid Afridi made a comeback yesterday with 24 runs of off 2.4 overs [16 balls]. And that wasen't just it; He took out 6 WICKETS and only gave away 38 runs while bowling! If you don't know cricket well you must be pretty confused right now lol. [don't worry whatever i just said are good things lol]. Anyway needless to say we beat Austrialia which is one of the best teams in the world and all that just a couple days when we were stripped from hosting the 2011 ICC world cup. Anway our victory should show those ICC bastards that Pakistan is one of the best teams in the world even today. LAHORE: India was involved in the attacks on the Sri Lankan cricket team and the police training centre in Lahore, declared chief of police Pervez Rathore Friday.
"This is no lip service. There is evidence of foreign involvement in both attacks," said the CCPO, talking to the media at the opening of a hospital, adding that India’s Research and Analysis Wing or R&AW officers lure the innocent and the poor with money and train them to carry out covert actions in Pakistan.
Responding to the interview, SAMAA's Lahore Bureau Chief Habib Akram said that this was the first time an official has publicly admitted to any foreign involvement.
Akram disclosed that his sources, who were high-ranking officials, had said the same thing when the attack on the Sri Lankan team took place on March 3, 2009. "The arsenal and weaponry used by the attackers had the hallmarks of the Indian intelligence agency," said Akram. "The rocket launchers used in Afghanistan and by the Taliban are of a different brand."
The Interesting part is that Baitullah Mehsud [Leader of Pakistani Taliban] said the police center attack was done by his group, so that kinda means that that Baitullah Meshsud is supported by India's RAW. I mean it was already claimed by the top intelligence agencies of the world [ISI, CIA etc] but now it's in the public light as well.
On March 3, 2009 a group of armed men attacked the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore. The cricketers faced injuries but several security guards were killed along with 2 civilians and culprits managed to flee. The world is still unsure of who performed the attack but it seems more likely that it was another attempt of RAW [India's intelligence wing] to isolate Pakistan from the world after the failed 26/11 [mumbai attacks] attempt. The result of the Lahore attack would also create bitter feelings between Pakistan and Sri Lanka which would result in India's favor as India supports LTTE [which caused the civil war ] in sri lanka and the Taliban in Pakistan [both national governments and many international governments are aware of this]. Many RAW agents were caught in Lahore weeks before the attack and the ammunation and weapons recovered from the attack are weapons that only the Indian military uses. In these crucial times i suggest that we all stick together and survive our worst. We may be weak now but our memory is long...
